star

Based on the principles of popular education, we will explore experiences of participatory and inclusive processes in the Global South in the development of monitoring methodologies and technologies, public policy advocacy, and emerging technologies. Funding Agroecology Initiatives Led by Workers and Local Communities

The goal of this event is to highlight how land use driven by people and communities — grounded in agroecology and agroforestry practices — can protect biomes, ensure food sovereignty, and create dignified livelihoods. The session will also explore how these solutions can be strengthened through an ecosystem of philanthropic organizations rooted in national contexts and deeply connected to strategic actors in the field, particularly at the community level.
